Our topic for today is about solving problems about time
Patitioning can help us check the time on 24-hour clocks .. The 13 hours in the time 13:24 can be partitioned into 12 hours and 1 hour
Why do you think it is not partitioned into 10 hours and 3 hours? The 12 hours are the hours in the morning from midnight to midday. The 1 hour shows how many hours in the afternoon have passed. So 13:24 is the same as 1:24 pm
