Today we will study, how to make a polite request

In order to ask someone to do something for you. You can use these words

1-COULD YOU PLEASE + INFINITIVE
? EX : Could you please help me to open this box

2-WOULD YOU PLEASE + INFINITIVE
? EX Would you please prepare lunch for me Mum

3- CAN YOU + INFINITIVE
? EX: can you lend me your camera please

To make your request more politely you can use these words
1- WOULD / DO YOU MIND :
EX : Would you mind writing this letter for me please

2- WOULD YOU MIND IF + PAST PARTICIPLE
EX Would you mind if I did my homework on Monday instead of Sunday

3- I WAS WONDERING IF YOU COULD + INFINITIVE
EX : I was wondering if you could take some photos for us
