1. specific heat capacity - the energy required per kilogram and per degree Celsius to raise the temperature of a substance
2.Formula :
Energy required = mass x specific heat capacity * increase in temperature
Energy = mc∆t
Where m = mass
C = specific heat capacity
∆t = increase in temperature
