Past continuous tense

Good morning grade 5
Today we will discuss the use of past continuous tense

THE FORM :  Subject + was/were + V.ing + object

we use the past continuous to speak about an action happened and lasted for some time at the past
FOR EXAMPLE:
1- He was playing football
2- She was eating her breakfast
3- They were camping yesterday
4- We were studying last nigh

Look at these examples and focus on the use of (was/were) with different pronouns, you will find that
