Hi students, great morning
Today we will revise the material properties in pg no:80 & 81
Important points are :
Properties of metals
1. Metals are strong and has a shiny surface.
2.They are malleable - hammered into shape
3.They are ductile - can be drawn out into wires
4.They are good conductors of heat and electricity
Examples: iron,copper,gold, stainless steel
Uses:
* Iron - for constructing bridges
*Gold - jewellery
* Stainless steel - cooking pans & bicycle
* Copper - electrical wire
