Main points-
We use metals in everyday life.
Mixtures of metals are called alloys.
The examples are :-
Iron is use to make machines.
Steel is an alloy made mainly from iron.
Aluminium is light in weight and does not rust.
Chromium is mixed with steel to make an alloy called stainless steel.
Copper is used to make electric cables and wires.
Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc.
