Our topic for today is about choosing units  to measure 
Example
You will measure the capacity of  a jug of water. You can use  cups of  measuring water beacuse cups are all the same size and count the cups of water
In a short length you can use blocks, your palm and any object 
But if it is wide or very long you can use  paces (foot  step) of the same size or a long stick


Try to measure the given object and given units of measurement on page 154 in learners book and page 76 in workbook question #1
