Our topic for today is multiplying by a near multiple of 10
Example: 23x19
The product of 23x19 is 2less than the product of 23x21
You can multiply by 19 or 21 by multiplying by 20 and adjusting
23x19 is one group of 23 less than 23x20
23x21 is one group of 23 more than  23x20

 Calculate the following  on page 150 question#1in learners book
