Main points-
The Baghdad battery- One of the old objects or relics found in the tomb was a clay jar.
When they filled the tube with an acid such as vinegar, it produced between 1.5 and 2 Volts of electricity between the iron and copper.
Galvani’s discovery-
He discovered current electricity.
He thought that the current came from the frog’s leg nerves and called it animal electricity.
Homework is given - Does water conduct electricity?-(activity book)exercise5.2, page 52.
