CONTINUATION OF UNIT 7  /   LESSON 1
Good morning grade 6
yesterday we studied the use of compound nouns and answered some activities related to it

Today we will study about prepositions and adjectives that always come together .

? First we need to understand what is the meaning of adjective
Adjectives : are words used to describe a person, place or thing.

Look at these examples please
1- I was GOOD AT Maths.
2- I am very KEEN ON swimming.
3- He is CRAZY ABOUT watching football matches.

* in these examples you can see that the adjective
1- GOOD followed by the preposition AT
2- KEEN followed by the preposition ON
3- CRAZY followed by the preposition ABOUT

Here are some common adjectives and prepositions that always come together.
( keen on - work hard in - knowledgeable about - interested in - crazy about - good at - good on ).
Let's answer this activity together   ( Activity book   P: 77   A:3)0
1- At school, I'm very keen on Islamic studies.
2- I am fascinated by the new mobile phone.
3- At school, our class works hard at  Art.
4- our teacher is very knowledgeable about grammar.
5- my family is interested in camping.
6- Our class is crazy about sports.
7- To be a good teacher, I think you need to be good at controlling your class.

* Please rewrite these answers in (activity  3) of your activity book  P:77. You can use your own answers, but please make sure that you are using the correct preposition.
